What payment options do you accept?

We accept many payment options;  credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, ApplePay, GPay, Shop.  We also offer installment payments for orders over $35. 

Do you accept Gift Cards?

We do not accept gift cards as payment unless it is on a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard). It's essential to ensure your card is activated. Most Visa gift cards are activated upon purchase, but some require you to take an extra step by calling a phone number or visiting a website provided with the card. This process generally involves linking a name and address to the card, a crucial step for online purchases.  It should work if its registered to the same address given when checking out.

Can I use multiple gift cards for a single purchase?

Yes, you can split your payment across different methods.

What do I do if my gift card is declined?

First, ensure that the card is activated and registered, and the balance is sufficient for your purchase. If issues persist, contact the card issuer for further assistance.

Do you offer a Gift Card?

We offer a Purely Party Gift Card that you can purchase and send electronically to the recipient to use at a later date. Purely Party gift cards do not expire!

Do you ship to the United States?

Do you ship to other countries outside of the United States?

While we appreciate the love and support from all over the world, unfortunately, we do not have the capability to ship internationally at this time. What clothing sizes do you have in stock?

We have a wide range of sizes available for all clothing products.  From small to plus size, we've got you covered. The sizes typically start from extra small (XS) to extra large (XL) and can extend to plus sizes such as 0X, 1X, 2X, 3X, 4X, and 5X.  Measurements of the garments are given in the product description when available.  Its best to know your body measurements to ensure the proper fit for you.  Refer to help on how to measure your body.
