Description & Size Guide

The Rose Huggie Earring combines artisanal craftsmanship with understated elegance—hand-braided raffia wrapped in 10K gold tone plating creates a textured, refined piece that works effortlessly from day to night. Each pair is individually handcrafted in Uganda, making it a consciously sourced accessory with natural variation that celebrates authentic materials.

Features:

  • 10K gold tone plated brass and a surgical steel ear post and raffia.
  • Size:  .70" in length

Raffia is a natural product so the actual color patterns may vary from the image. Handcrafted in Uganda.

Every piece begins in Uganda, where women handcraft each design from local, sustainable materials. This means we create steady work, fair wages, and a future that women shape for themselves.

Wear an Akola piece and you carry that story with you. You stand alongside women who believe real change comes from giving of yourself for the sake of another.

Styling Advice

Let the Rose Huggie Earrings add texture to a simple outfit. Pair them with a linen shirt, a cotton dress, or a ribbed knit top for an easy daytime look. For dinner or a celebration, try a satin blouse or slip dress with a delicate gold-tone necklace.

Choose Natural for a neutral pairing, Black for contrast, or Cranberry and Emerald to pick up a color in your outfit. Let Rainbow or the multicolor options stand out against a solid-colored top.

Wear your hair tucked behind your ears or in a low bun to show off their petite, 0.70-inch shape and handcrafted raffia detail. Finish with a woven bag for a coordinated feel, or a sleek clutch for a dressier contrast.
